All Royal Beats products are delivered instantly as digital downloads. Because of the nature of downloadable files, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a download link has been accessed.

If you experience any technical issue (e.g., broken link or corrupted file), contact us at royalbeats@kingscreations.co.uk and we’ll make sure you receive a working version of your purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where a duplicate payment is made or a file is proven defective and cannot be replaced, a refund may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase.
